      主机箱盖，材料PP+30%LGF，壁厚3.0mm。由于材料加了长玻纤，在热流道注塑时要特别注意流道的走向及其转角处的处理。为此占瑞选择针阀式热流道系统，在制品上不会留下进浇口残痕，进浇口处痕迹平滑；为了使长玻纤不会断裂，占瑞特别设计了一款热流道镶件，让注塑更完美。

Due to the addition of long glass fiber in the material, special attention should be paid to the flow direction and the hot runner treatment during injection molding. So, ANRY choose valve type hot runner system, which will not leave any residual mark on the product, and the gate mark is smooth.

In order to prevent the long glass fiber from breaking, ANRY specially designed a hot runner insert to make the injection molding more perfect.
