Hot runner system is an advanced technology applied in plastic injecting molding.Hot runner molding can maintain the plastic conveying from the injector nozzle to cavity gate in melting condition all the time, this prevents the waste yielding caused by solidifying when open the mould every time,instead the detained plastic can be injected into the molding cavity once again.Basically we can take the hot runner system as the extension device for the charging barrel and the spout of injection molding machine.Normally the hot runner system is composed of manifolds, hot nozzle and thermostat.
